Are you a kind and caring person who loves to be around other people? Are you new to care, but looking for a new challenge?
At Home Instead Oxford, we have opportunities to join us as a Care Assistant roles with us across the Oxford & Kidlington areas.

As a Care Assistant with us, you will support clients with all aspects of their day-to-day living! The role will include supporting with medication, meals & fluids preparation, personal care needs, light home help tasks and general companionship.

We want you to build a real, genuine relationship with those you visit, so we will match you to clients and our visits are always a minimum of 1 hour, giving you plenty of time in that visit.

No experience? No problem! We will provide you with all the training and tools you need to succeed!
We have a variety of hours available to work for you - mornings, evenings, weekends

What do we need from you?
A genuine desire to care and provide outstanding support to our clients. We also need you to be aged 18 or over and be able to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday).
Due to the nature of the role and client location and needs, a full driving licence and access to a car is also desired.
