Position Overview
Agiloft is seeking a collaborative, motivated, and results-driven professional to join our dynamic Account Management team. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving adoption, renewal management, and expansion across our Commercial customer base.
In this role, you will manage a higher-volume book of business, partnering closely with Customer Success to ensure retention while identifying expansion opportunities. You will apply Agiloft’s AI-enhanced Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) capabilities to help customers improve efficiency, visibility, and control across their contracting processes.
This position is ideal for an early- to mid-career SaaS professional who excels in execution, relationship management, and efficient deal cycles, while acting as a trusted advisor to customers.

Job Responsibilities
Account Expansion & Revenue Growth
Manage a portfolio of Commercial accounts to drive renewals, adoption, and incremental expansionIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer needs and usage patterns to drive growthIdentify expansion opportunities across additional departments and business units (BUs) within the broader customer organizationPartner closely with Customer Success on renewals and account health to ensure long-term client retention and revenue stabilityClearly communicate Agiloft’s value proposition and leverage internal resources as neededClient Relationship Management
Develop and nurture long-term, productive relationships with key stakeholders, including individual contributors to senior-level and C-level executivesAct as a trusted point of contact for customers by understanding core business needs and aligning Agiloft’s capabilities with their goalsCollaborate with sales leadership and internal teams to develop and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiencesConduct regular business reviews to assess customer satisfaction, address challenges, and ensure alignment with clients’ evolving needsSales Strategy and Execution
Leverage usage data, customer insights, and forecasting tools (e.g., Clari) to identify expansion opportunities and support accurate pipeline managementApply the MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify opportunities, guide deal strategy, and drive predictable outcomesManage expansion opportunities from identification through closeDevelop and execute close plans aligned to MEDDPICC criteria, including metrics, decision process, paper process, and champion validationMaintain accurate records of account activities, opportunities, and sales forecastsProvide regular updates to sales leadership on progress, account strategies, and forecast accuracyCustomer Insights & CollaborationWork closely with clients to understand their evolving business requirements and provide feedback to internal teams to help shape our product and service roadmapAI Thought Leadership
Confidently articulate the business value of AI in contract management, including efficiency gains, risk identification, obligation tracking, and analyticsApply foundational AI use cases in customer conversations, helping Commercial customers understand practical, outcome-driven benefitsCollaborate with Solution Consultants to ensure accurate and consistent representation of Agiloft’s AI capabilities during customer engagementsCapture and relay customer feedback to inform AI product development, use-case refinement, and market messagingLeverage AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day account management activitiesOther duties as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team and Account Management organizationRequired Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, with a preference for experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or related systemsProven ability to manage accounts and execute cloud-based SaaS sales cycles using a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC)Experience with value selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques that drive revenue growthStrong negotiation skills within complex sales processesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with functional, senior, and executive stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to align business requirements with technical solutionsHighly organized and detail-orientedProficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and web conferencing toolsWillingness to travelPreferred Qualifications
Experience with SalesforceFamiliarity with Commercial software and contract management systemsBackground in conducting customer demonstrations and proof of concepts
