Customer Support Agent- Greece (100% Remote)
Job Description
We are hiring fluent speakers for several international customer support projects in the travel & accommodation sector. This is a 100% remote role based in Greece, with relocation support available if you are not yet based there.
Languages currently hiring:

Italian

Danish
-
Slovak
-
Dutch
-
Spanish
You only need to speak ONE of these languages fluently.
Key Responsibilities:

Support customers with bookings, reservations, changes, and cancellations

Handle inquiries via written channels and occasional inbound calls

Document cases accurately and ensure timely resolution

Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience

Follow internal procedures and quality standards
Requirements:

Fluent / near-native (C1+) in ONE of the listed languages

English level B2 or higher
-
Customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory

Comfortable working with computers and online tools

EU citizenship or a valid Greek residence card is mandatory

Willingness to relocate to Greece if not already based there
