This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about online retail and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Danish, helping them navigate the platform and addressing various inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to the e-commerce platform, including orders, returns, and product information via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
- Provide comprehensive assistance on account management, payment processing, and shipping inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and e-commerce trends to provide relevant assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
