HHAeXchange is seeking a Data & AI Solutions Engineer to join our Business Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Data and Analytics, this role will drive data-driven decision-making across key internal functions while spearheading our transition to modern, AI-powered analytics and application development.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and emerging AI technologies. You will design and deploy internal AI applications, build intelligent agents to automate business processes, and create scalable data solutions that empower teams across the organization.
Essential Job Duties
Design, develop, and deploy internal AI applications using modern AI-driven development tools such as Cursor and ReplitCreate and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and respond to evolving organizational needsLead our transition from legacy BI tools to next-generation, AI-enhanced analytics solutionsBuild and automate ETL pipelines to ensure reliable, efficient data flowsDesign and maintain scalable data models that support enterprise reporting and analyticsDevelop automated reporting solutionsPartner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into data-driven solutionsCollaborate with leadership to define and track key performance indicators and success metricsTrain staff and leadership on interpreting dashboards, reports, and AI-powered toolsChampion data governance and quality standards within your domainStay current with analytics, BI, and AI industry trends to drive innovation and operational maturityOther Job Duties

Travel up to 10%, including overnight travelRequired Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
2+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in an analytical or engineering capacityProficiency with database query languages such as SQL, Snowflake, or PostgreSQLExperience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikHands-on experience with large language models (Claude, ChatGPT) and AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Replit)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and big-picture thinkingExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiencesSelf-starter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering solutionsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your roleNice to Have
