Field Marketing Specialist

Summary
Americas Mission As a Field Marketing Manager of AMER Programs at Databricks, you will join a high-growth, collaborative tech startup. Reporting to the Sr. Group Manager of Programs, Americas Field Marketing, you will drive the creation and execution of repeatable, efficient programs that scale our regional team.
Responsibilities
The impact you will have:
Pipeline Impact: Own and execute foundational programs to drive AMER lead generation and pipeline efficiency.
Strategic Scaling: Develop and roll out repeatable "program kits" with the guidance and deliverables needed for high-impact regional execution.
Operational Excellence: Centralize and streamline PAN-AMER programs while optimizing workflows based on stakeholder feedback evolving requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate efficient meetings and hold partners accountable for deliverables while providing strategic input.
Audience Expertise: Tailor program experiences and messaging for both practitioner and executive audiences to improve conversion.
End-to-End Ownership: Independently build enablement assets and manage complex deliverables from start to finish.
Multi-Level Messaging: Communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure global and regional alignment.
Requirements
What we look for:
Experience: 7+ years managing events, including 5+ years specifically in field marketing.
Program Breadth: Experience running a diverse mix of field programs, including large and small-scale in-person events (150-3000 attendees), hands-on training, webinars, email campaigns, contact acquisition strategy, and direct mail.
Demonstrate "Builder" Track Record: Proven experience building new event programs from scratch, including the documentation and enablement required to scale cross-functional teams.
Data-Driven Mindset: Must be metrics-driven, with the ability to tie all activity back to strategic outcomes.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with BI tools, SFDC, Asana, and Swoogo is a significant plus
