French Customer Service Representative – Consumer Electronics (Remote – Greece)
Job Description

Location: Remote, Greece
Salary: €1,045.72/month (gross)
Bonus: Up to €150/month performance-based
Interview Deadline: 2026-01-28
Training Date: 2026-02-06 (11 full working days, fully paid)
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 09:00–21:00 (rotational shifts)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.
- Offer accurate and clear product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate issues when needed, maintaining high service standards.
- Participate in training and feedback sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications

French (C2): Native-level fluency

English (B2): Intermediate communication skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused with a proactive attitude and problem-solving ability

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
- EU Citizenship, valid work permit, or Certificate of Protection for refugees
