atmio is a climate tech startup founded by second time founders who have built and scaled companies before â and weâre doing it again, this time for one of the hardest and most impactful problems out there: reducing emissions of the energy sector.

Our customers include leading German operators of critical energy infrastructure who rely on atmioâs AI-powered hardware + software platform to make methane emissions visible, measurable, and most important reducible.
We already have customers, revenue, and momentum. Now weâre looking for a Head of Sales whoâs been a few chapters ahead â someone who has scaled from early traction to âŹ10M+ ARR and knows whatâs coming next.
đŻ What Youâll Do
- Own revenue growth end-to-end. From pipeline to forecast to closing â the numbers are yours.
- Scale what already works. Take early traction and turn it into a structured, repeatable sales motion.
- Lead and grow the sales team. Coach our small team and hire the next wave as we scale.
- Be hands-on where it matters. Youâll still close strategic deals while building systems that scale beyond you.
- Design and evolve GTM strategy. ICPs, pricing, outreach, sales cycles, and channels.
- Build the machine. Playbooks, KPIs, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and clear accountability.
- Partner with leadership. Be a sparring partner to the CEO on commercial strategy and growth decisions.
- Stay close to the market. Turn customer insights into better positioning and stronger conversion.
- Develop yourself. This role should evolve to a CRO overtime.

- Youâve already scaled a B2B sales org from early revenue to ~âŹ10M+ ARR (or similar order of magnitude).
- You know what breaks when a company moves from âearly winsâ to ârepeatable growthâ.
- Youâre comfortable leading a team while still rolling up your sleeves.
- You have a great sales method to navigate complex multi stakeholder enterprise deals.
- You bring structure without slowing things down.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and high ownership.

Requirements
đȘ Skills & Experience
- Scaled B2B SaaS revenue from early traction to ~âŹ10M+
- Hands-on seller turned sales leader with rolling up your sleeves attitude
- Track record of hitting goals in hyper growth environment
- Fluent in English & German; CRM savvy (HubSpot a plus)
