Job Description
The Director of Solutions Consulting, North America is a senior pre-sales leader responsible for driving revenue impact, execution excellence, and team performance across the region.
You will lead and scale a high-performing Solutions Consulting organization, partner closely with Sales leadership, and ensure consistent, value-based execution across enterprise and mid-market segments. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on engagement in critical deals.
You report to the Global VP of Solutions Consulting and serve as a key member of the global Solutions Consulting leadership team.

Owning regional pre-sales strategy and execution acrossNorth AmericaBuilding, developing, and retaining a high-performing Solutions Consulting teamDriving deal quality, win rates, and clear customer value articulationPartnering closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to support growth and scaleWhat You’ll Do
Manage and scale a team of Solutions Consulting Managers and Senior Solution ConsultantsSet clear performance standards, operating rhythms, and expectationsOwn hiring, onboarding, coaching, and succession planningOversee complex enterprise deal cycles, executive demos, and strategic proof-of-conceptsEnsure strong discovery, compelling value narratives, and outcome-driven demonstrationsAct as executive sponsor on strategic or high-risk opportunitiesWork closely with Regional Sales Leaders on: capacity and territory planning, deal prioritization, pipeline health, conversion and execution disciplineConstructively challenge deals with weak qualification, unclear value, or misaligned scopeOwn regional pre-sales performance metrics, including win rate, deal quality, and pipeline coverageUse data to improve predictability, efficiency, and overall executionPartner with Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement to: Influence roadmap with field insights, refine messaging and demos and ensure readiness for new product releasesShare best practices with global Solutions Consulting leadersWho You Are:
10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting / Pre-Sales, including senior leadership rolesProven success leading large, distributed teams in North AmericaStrong background in enterprise SaaS; experience in analytics, CX, or adjacent domains preferredAbility to operate at both strategic and hands-on levelsStrong business acumen and understanding of complex enterprise sales cyclesExecutive-level communication and stakeholder management skillsConfidence to challenge Sales constructively in pursuit of better outcomes
