Inbound Sales Consultant


Hybrid working | Hinckley office and home£25,500 basic salary plus uncapped monthly commission

The role

Working on a hybrid basis between our Hinckley office and home, you will be the first point of contact for Yopa customers across the UK. You will handle inbound calls and emails, guide customers through their moving journey and ensure they are fully supported and move ready.

Using your consultative approach, you will build rapport quickly, understand customer needs and confidently introduce relevant additional services such as property valuations and mortgage advice. You will register customers onto the Yopa Hub platform and deliver a personalised experience that reflects our premium service proposition.

This is a great opportunity for experienced customer service or contact centre professionals who enjoy up selling, problem solving and delivering results.

What you will be doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and engaging manner

  • Building strong relationships and delivering a high quality customer journey

  • Identifying opportunities to recommend relevant services and products

  • Accurately registering customers and maintaining records on internal systems

  • Supporting customers through each stage of their journey

  • Working collaboratively within a supportive and high performing team

  • Contributing to individual and team performance targets

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience within a contact centre or high volume customer environment

  • Estate agency experience is preferable but not essential as full training is provided

  • Confidence in up selling or cross selling

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A natural ability to build rapport over the phone

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using systems and technology

  • A positive, proactive and team focused mindset

  • Ability to work every other Saturday with a weekday off in lieu
