Requirements

- 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator or in a related field

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting

- Experience with Windows and Linux server administration

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with security systems and firewalls

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong verbal and written English skills (B2 minimum)

- Reliable internet (25+ Mbps)

- Own laptop/PC with webcam

- Professional home workspace

- Available for US, UK, or Australian business hours
