IT System Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our IT infrastructure in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, optimize performance, and provide technical support to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, and cloud-based systems

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

Perform system updates, backups, patching, and performance optimization

Troubleshoot system, network, and security-related issues

Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection standards, and best practices

Document system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT System Administrator or similar role

Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud platforms

Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, backups, and disaster recovery

Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

Eligibility Requirement:

Must reside in the United States

Must have valid U.S. work authorization (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit)
