Job Description
Weâre looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our Brand and Creative team in London. In this role, youâll play a key part in helping our in-house agency create impactful, recognisable and effective marketing content. Helping Wise reach millions of existing and potential customers around the world.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, passionate, self-starter with around 2 years experience in a similar in-house team or reputable agency. Weâre looking for someone with strong design and visual communication skills, creative optimism, a hunger to learn and tackle challenges. Someone who is truly social-first in their thinking. You should have a solid understanding of how to design for digital platforms, from knowing what works across different social channels to adapting creative for various formats, behaviours and audience expectations. Ideally you would also feel comfortable using and experimenting with new AI tools to enhance creativity and speed up workflows.

The Brand and Creative team is made up of 25+ people and based in London. As a team our mission is to bring Wiseâs story to life with clarity and creative excellence. We champion the brand across every touchpoint â making complex financial ideas simple, human and engaging. From big campaigns to everyday content, we work to ensure Wise is recognised and trusted worldwide, helping people and businesses move money faster, cheaper and more transparently.
Hereâs how youâll be contributing within the Brand and Creative team:
- Owning projects from start to finish, youâll collaborate across many teams in Marketing to understand their objectives.
- Youâll convey ideas and beliefs with imagination and conviction, using creativity to challenge assumptions and ask âwhat ifâ.
- Youâll be a custodian of the brand applying it intuitively from button to billboard.
This role will give you the opportunity to:

Qualifications
About you:
- You have strong fundamentals: You have a portfolio that demonstrates a solid grasp of brand and marketing work across multiple platforms and channels
- You are curious: You ask questions. You donât just take a brief at face value; you want to understand the context and are eager to learn from those around you.
- You are resilient and open: You view feedback as a learning tool, not criticism. You respond constructively and use guidance to improve your technical execution.
- You are a self-starter: While you appreciate guidance, you have a hunger to tackle creative challenges and the assertiveness to manage your own time on smaller projects.
Qualifications:
- A deep understanding of Figma and Adobe Creative suite.
- Experience using After Effects and Cinema 4D is a plus.
- Youâre able to attend the London office 3 days a week.
