Junior HubSpot Administrator


About the role

We are seeking a Junior HubSpot Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their CRM career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced EdTech environment. You will focus on day-to-day HubSpot administration tasks, including user management, data cleanup, and basic configuration, with support and guidance from senior team members.

Key responsibilities

System Administration
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and team structures within HubSpot

  • Configure and maintain user access to platform features and tools

  • Process new starter onboarding and leaver offboarding, including account transfers and workflow updates

  • Maintain meeting booking links and calendar integrations

Data Management
  • Maintain data integrity through regular cleansing, deduplication, and standardisation

  • Execute bulk data operations including imports, exports, and mass updates

  • Manage record ownership assignments and territory transfers

  • Identify and resolve data anomalies and inconsistencies

System Configuration
  • Create and manage custom properties, fields, and dropdown options

  • Configure forms, surveys, and data capture tools

  • Maintain and update existing workflows and automation rules

  • Manage team structures, labels, and organisational settings

Reporting & Analytics
  • Create and maintain filtered lists, saved views, and contact segments

  • Update existing reports and dashboards to support business needs

  • Provide guidance and training to colleagues on HubSpot functionality

User Support
  • Act as the first point of contact for HubSpot-related queries and requests

  • Troubleshoot basic platform issues and escalate complex problems appropriately

  • Support user adoption through guidance and best practice recommendations



Requirements

Requirements

Essential
  • Direct experience of administering HubSpot CRM across Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data manipulation (Excel/Google Sheets)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests

  • Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn

Desirable
  • HubSpot certification (any level)

  • Previous CRM or database administration experience

  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams

  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
