Location: Sheffield North (S35 2XQ)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Rota: 5-day week, 9-hour availability, alternate weekends and occasional nights
Salary: £25,350 - £26,325

Your Role as a Lead Care Professional:
Deliver and uphold the highest standards of care.
Ensure clients receive person-centered, high-quality services.
Act as a mentor to Care Professionals, providing field-based support and guidance.
Help improve care quality, ensuring our team is well-equipped and confident in their roles.

Previous experience in a care role, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
