Painter & Decorator
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Painter & Decorator to join Atlas Workplace Services.
As part of our static maintenance team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across some of the most prestigious buildings in Central London.
What you will be doing:
- Carrying out painting and decorating tasks to a professional standard
- Preparing surfaces and applying finishes with precision
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specification
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
About You
Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required- Qualified Painter and Decorator
- NVQ level 3 in given trades
- Fully time served apprenticeship in given trades. (Desirable)
- 2 years previous experience within similar environment and in particular across area multi sites and multi discipline service delivery.
- 1 years’ experience in customer facing outsourcing environment.
- Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance.
- Good understanding of modern office software.
- Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on Android tablets.
- Strong, demonstrable competencies in building services trades
