Product Design - UI/UX

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

JobType: full-time

Requirements

Design intuitive, user-centric flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI screens
Translate product and business requirements into clear, engaging UX journeys
Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all product touchpoints

2–5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design (experience with B2B SaaS products preferred)
Strong proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability standards
Proven ability to simplify complex workflows, data, or processes into clean and intuitive interfaces
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions

Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in agile or startup environments
Exposure to data-heavy products, dashboards, or enterprise software
Basic understanding of frontend constraints and technologies (HTML/CSS awareness)
