Program Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional programs in a fully remote environment. The Program Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver programs from initiation through completion
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and objectives are met
Track program progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide regular status updates
Manage schedules, resources, and stakeholder communications
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program outcomes
Ensure programs align with strategic and operational priorities
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in program or project management
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Experience managing multiple initiatives in a remote environment
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
