Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Execute outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement to generate qualified leads
  • Qualify inbound leads to assess fit, interest level, and readiness to engage
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintaining consistent follow-up and activity tracking
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and campaigns that convert prospects into opportunities
  • Develop deep knowledge of the company's product offerings, value propositions, and competitive landscape
  • Provide regular reporting on outreach activity, lead status, and pipeline performance

What Were Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within tech or software
  • Demonstrated track record of strong performance (e.g., beating quota, rapid promotions, competitive achievements)
  • Comfort with cold calling and outbound sales motions
  • Working knowledge of sales fundamentals, including CRM usage and ideal customer profiles (ICP)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Low-ego, high-ownership mindset with a strong team orientation
  • Clear desire to build a career in sales as an Account Executive
  • Background in or appreciation for the restaurant or hospitality industry is a strong plus
