Sales Development Representatives
Job Description
What You'll Do
- Execute outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement to generate qualified leads
- Qualify inbound leads to assess fit, interest level, and readiness to engage
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintaining consistent follow-up and activity tracking
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and campaigns that convert prospects into opportunities
- Develop deep knowledge of the company's product offerings, value propositions, and competitive landscape
- Provide regular reporting on outreach activity, lead status, and pipeline performance
What Were Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within tech or software
- Demonstrated track record of strong performance (e.g., beating quota, rapid promotions, competitive achievements)
- Comfort with cold calling and outbound sales motions
- Working knowledge of sales fundamentals, including CRM usage and ideal customer profiles (ICP)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Low-ego, high-ownership mindset with a strong team orientation
- Clear desire to build a career in sales as an Account Executive
- Background in or appreciation for the restaurant or hospitality industry is a strong plus
