We're seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Account Executive to execute and scale our Connect business unit. Our Connect business unit specializes in delivering off-the-shelf, pre-packaged insurance APIs and programs through distribution partners, with particular strength in the real estate and property management verticals where we've achieved strong product-market fit.
This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with sales leadership to drive consistent month-over-month and year-over-year growth through strategic partnership development and execution.
In this partner-driven business model, your success is directly tied to identifying the right distribution partners, structuring win-win programs, and ensuring partners effectively distribute our embedded insurance solutions. You'll play a critical role in evaluating which partnerships and programs we pursue, making this role equal parts strategic contributor and tactical executor.
What you'll be doing:
Partnership Development & Revenue Growth
Own the sales pipeline from qualification to close, driving new partnership acquisition in real estate, property management, and adjacent verticals with support from a dedicated Business Development Representative for prospecting and lead generationNurture existing opportunities through strategic follow-up and relationship management to consistently move deals forwardIdentify and evaluate new partnership opportunities, assessing which partners and programs align with our growth objectivesStructure partnership agreements that align incentives and set partners up for successful distribution of our insurance programsAchieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective pipeline management and deal execution
Operations & Analytics
Track partner performance data to identify trends, best practices, and optimization opportunitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM to improve visibility and decision-makingAnalyze partnership economics and performance metrics to inform recommendations on resource allocation and prioritiesManage partner requests and ensure smooth operational execution across the partnership lifecycleProvide regular reporting on pipeline health, forecasting, and business performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to translate partner needs into product requirements and roadmap prioritiesCollaborate with sales leadership to support business unit strategy, contribute to revenue forecasting, and align on growth initiativesServe as the voice of the partner, advocating for features and improvements that drive better distribution outcomesPartner with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and ongoing supportWhat we're looking for:
Required Experience
5+ years of sales experience in an Account Executive closing roleProperty technology (proptech) experience is required - candidates must have worked in real estate technology, property management software, or related proptech sectorsProven track record of building and scaling B2B partnerships or distribution channelsDemonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
Industry & Domain Expertise
Deep understanding of partner-driven or channel sales business modelsStrong familiarity with the real estate technology or property management industries, including key players, pain points, and business modelsExperience in insurance, insurtech, or fintech is a plusUnderstanding of embedded distribution models and marketplace dynamics
