Senior Manager, GTM Analytics and AI
Job Description
The Senior Manager, GTM Analytics & AI will lead the evolution of our Business Intelligence function into a unified Office of GTM-Ready BI & AI. This role blends revenue strategy leadership with hands-on analytics engineering, owning the analytics and AI foundations that power forecasting, pipeline execution, and go-to-market decision-making.
Mandate:
Build GTM-Ready Intelligence: Align advanced analytics and data models to core GTM strategies and revenue motionsEmbed AI into Revenue Execution: Operationalize AI-driven insights across forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM workflows.Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy & GTM InitiativesOwn end-to-end revenue analytics supporting annual revenue planning, territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, and forecastingPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps leadership to define GTM KPIs, pipeline health metrics, and growth leversArchitect executive-ready dashboards and insights that drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue operating cadencesProvide executive visibility into performance and forecast accuracyDrive transparency, predictability, and scalability in GTM measurementLead analytics for:Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and revenue target settingPipeline generation, conversion, and velocity optimization Expansion, retention, and cohort performance analysisTranslate GTM strategy into data products that influence real-time decisions, not static reportingServe as a strategic advisor to revenue leadership, proactively surfacing risks and opportunities through data and AI insights
Analytics Engineering & AI ExecutionPartner with Analytics function to design and build scalable data models across CRM, marketing automation, product usage, and financial systemsOwn the analytics engineering layer (semantic models, metrics definitions, transformations, documentation)Ensure data quality, governance, and metric consistency across all GTM reportingDesign and deploy AI-powered capabilities and applications, including:Enterprise AI Search across GTM dataAI-driven insights, anomaly detection, and forecasting augmentationEmbedded insights within revenue workflows (CRM, planning tools, dashboards)Partner with Analytics to define architecture, tooling, and performance standardsEstablish best practices for version control, testing, and analytics scalabilitySet technical and strategic standards for analytics deliveryFoster a culture of ownership, business context, and outcome-driven analyticsWhat Success Looks Like:

7+ years in GTM analytics, RevOps analytics, BI, or data roles supporting Sales, Marketing, and FinanceProven experience owning revenue planning, forecasting, and pipeline analyticsStrong hands-on experience with analytics engineering (SQL, data modeling, semantic layers, BI tools)Experience operationalizing AI or advanced analytics within business workflowsExceptional stakeholder communication skills with executive presenceNice To Have:
Experience building analytics functions from early-stage or transformation phasesExposure to modern data stacks (cloud warehouses, dbt, modern BI tools)Experience embedding analytics into CRM or GTM platforms
