The Role
As a Product Analyst, you will partner with Product Managers and domain experts to transform data into clarity and guide the decisions that shape our product roadmap. You will move beyond ad-hoc requests and reporting to deliver hypothesis-driven analyses, experiment readouts, and insights that directly influence what we build, when, and why.

What You'll Do
Proactively Monitor and Analyze Fraud Trends: Take ownership of fraud trends, analyze fraud controls, and provide recommendations to mitigate fraud.Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Own the fraud KPIs for your assigned markets, ensuring they align with and contribute to global metrics.Develop and Optimize Fraud Rules: Create and manage fraud rules, regularly evaluating their effectiveness by monitoring for good user impact, false negatives, and degradation. Continuously analyze data and trends to develop new rules and alerts.Contribute to Global Fraud Strategy: Play a key role in the creation, tuning, and monitoring of fraud models. Collaborate and Share Findings: Consistently share findings with key cross-collaboration partners such as the global fraud analysts, operations, data science, product managers, and engineering teams. Stay informed about business changes in-market, global fraud trends, and provide support to other markets as needed.Collaborate with PMs and domain experts to define fraud systems requirements Write efficient SQL queries and work with well-modeled data to generate reliable insights.Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests), presenting results with statistical rigor and actionable recommendations.Build and maintain dashboards and reusable metric definitions to enable self-service and consistent decision-making.Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities proactively and escalate to relevant parties.Document analyses and results in a central knowledge base to create leverage and prevent duplication.What You'll Do
4+ years of experience as a Fraud, Trust & Safety, or Risk Analyst, or similar role.3+ years of years experience in financial services or a related field within the fintech or digital lending industry. Bachelor in math, statistics, economics, business or related fields.Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern analytics stacks (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, BI tools like Looker/Omni).Comfort working with product funnels, retention cohorts, and experiment design.Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations.Excellent communication skills — able to tell a compelling story with data.Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new tools, frameworks, and business domains.
