Senior Product Analyst

Job Description

The Role

As a Product Analyst, you will partner with Product Managers and domain experts to transform data into clarity and guide the decisions that shape our product roadmap. You will move beyond ad-hoc requests and reporting to deliver hypothesis-driven analyses, experiment readouts, and insights that directly influence what we build, when, and why.

This is an opportunity to join a growing, centralized analytics team and play a pivotal role in helping our company shift from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led decision-making.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively Monitor and Analyze Fraud Trends: Take ownership of fraud trends, analyze fraud controls, and provide recommendations to mitigate fraud.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Own the fraud KPIs for your assigned markets, ensuring they align with and contribute to global metrics.
  • Develop and Optimize Fraud Rules: Create and manage fraud rules, regularly evaluating their effectiveness by monitoring for good user impact, false negatives, and degradation. Continuously analyze data and trends to develop new rules and alerts.
  • Contribute to Global Fraud Strategy: Play a key role in the creation, tuning, and monitoring of fraud models.
  • Collaborate and Share Findings: Consistently share findings with key cross-collaboration partners such as the global fraud analysts, operations, data science, product managers, and engineering teams. Stay informed about business changes in-market, global fraud trends, and provide support to other markets as needed.
  • Collaborate with PMs and domain experts to define fraud systems requirements
  • Write efficient SQL queries and work with well-modeled data to generate reliable insights.
  • Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests), presenting results with statistical rigor and actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reusable metric definitions to enable self-service and consistent decision-making.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities proactively and escalate to relevant parties.
  • Document analyses and results in a central knowledge base to create leverage and prevent duplication.

  • What You'll Do
  • 4+ years of experience as a Fraud, Trust & Safety, or Risk Analyst, or similar role.
  • 3+ years of years experience in financial services or a related field within the fintech or digital lending industry.
  • Bachelor in math, statistics, economics, business or related fields.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern analytics stacks (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, BI tools like Looker/Omni).
  • Comfort working with product funnels, retention cohorts, and experiment design.
  • Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to tell a compelling story with data.
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new tools, frameworks, and business domains.
