Talent Acquisition Partner, Product Tech & Digital Enablement


As a Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on our Product, Tech & Digital Enablement functions here at Trustpilot, you'll be primarily hiring for a variety of entry to mid-level positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to quickly identify, screen, and schedule candidates, ensuring a consistent and diverse flow of talent over the full recruitment cycle.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of roles as our Product, Tech & Digital Enablement functions encompass departments such as Software Engineering, Product Management, Design, and Data/Analytics.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement highly effective strategies to source, recruit and hire qualified candidates
  • Conduct high volumes of phone screens and qualifying calls to assess fit quickly, candidates' suitability for roles
  • Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously end-to-end, by managing an effective and streamlined interview process, from candidate sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and closing of candidates.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proactively source top talent using tools such as LinkedIn and Job Boards
  • Maintain accurate and timely data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
