Tech Support Specialist with German
Job Description
- Handle ~25 inbound contacts/day (calls & emails) across 7 cutting-edge tools
- Support German-speaking users with:
- Product downloads, installations, and activations
- Account inquiries and subscription renewals
- Manual purchase guidance
- Basic troubleshooting via remote support tools
- Upsell/cross-sell relevant products based on user needs
- Work toward performance targets and advance to premium technical support (virus removal, device optimization, Ultimate Helpdesk) after proven success
- German: C1 (native or near-native)
- English: B2+ (for training & internal tools)
- Minimum 1 year in customer care or tech support (preferably in tech)
- Strong oral & written communication
- Solid PC literacy, with hands-on knowledge of:
- Windows, macOS, Android, iOS
- Firewalls, antivirus software, internet applications
- Typing speed: 25+ WPM with 85% accuracy
