TLSE Administrator (Student Support and Wellbeing)
Applications are invited for the post of Teaching Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) Administrator, within the Student Support and Wellbeing team in the School of Medical Sciences.
About the Role:
- TLSE Administrators will take responsibility for the administration of teaching and learning, and student administration related to Student Support and Wellbeing activities.
- To support a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of what we do with support for a single Professional Services (PS) team working flexibly across organisational boundaries.
We are seeking to appoint two individuals with strong knowledge, skills, and an understanding of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience, with proven experience in Student Support and Wellbeing. We currently have two posts available: one permanent and one fixed-term contract until October 2026.
It is essential that applicants have a good understanding of academic and pastoral support procedures and processes in relation to the provision of postgraduate taught and/or undergraduate education and have experience of providing wellbeing support to students.
The ideal candidates will also be able to work positively and respectfully with a range of students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and be highly self-motivated with the capacity to work flexibly both alone and as part of a team. There is a requirement to have a proactive approach to managing your workload in this role.

This role currently has a hybrid working option. Please note that the TLSE Administrator roles within the Student Support and Wellbeing team are primarily student-facing and therefore there is a requirement to work on campus a minimum of 3 days per week but may be up to 4 to 5 days per week when there is a business need.
