Trade Co-ordinator
The Role:
As Trade Co-ordinator, you will help shape Ecommerce commercial performance by managing the promotion calendar and line lists to ensure flawless execution. You will deliver insights that drive category growth and campaign effectiveness, while serving as the central contact for all trade initiatives - collaborating across Ecommerce, Merchandising and external partners for seamless delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
Trade & Promotion Oversight
Own the promotion line lists and activity calendar, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
Brief and guide stakeholders with clear commercial objectives.
Review and approve coupon promotion execution to ensure campaigns run as expected.
Support medium- and long-term trade planning through trend, competitor, and performance analysis.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyse category and promotion performance to identify growth and margin opportunities.
Deliver actionable insights to wider Ecommerce and Buying teams.
Provide regular reporting on trends, risks, and opportunities at option and category level.
Manage loyalty pricing, promotion briefs, and analysis to drive profitable results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with site optimisation, merchandising, and customer teams for accurate, effective delivery.
Work with external partners to resolve issues and ensure seamless campaign execution.
Other Requirements
Occasional on-call weekend work (approx. once per month), compensated with overtime pay.

Experience in retail, Ecommerce, or a similar commercial environment.
Graduate degree preferred but not essential.
Accuracy and timeliness of RMS line lists and promotion calendar.
Quality and commercial impact of trade briefs and campaign execution.
Actionable insights and performance analysis supporting growth and margin improvement.
Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
